QUESTIONS

 

How does it work?

We have so much fun as we all gather together in large group opening session for our main teaching time, a skit and worship. Once large group is done, we head into our small group rotations where our kids move through different elements like crafts, snacks, music, missions and more. We have two different age groups for our small group rotations: Early Childhood (2-Kinder) and Elementary (1st - 4th Grades). Then, the night ends back in our large group closing sessions to wrap the night up.
 

What parent involvement is there?

Our goal in QuadCity Kids is to set families up for wins within their children's faith journeys. Kids Week is built to where you drop your kid off, let them have the time of their lives, and then pick them up when they're done. However, on the final night, we invite parents and older siblings to attend our closing session and join in on the fun.

What will my kid learn?

The primary goal at Kids Week is for kids to be introduced to or to learn more about Jesus, the Bible, and faith in general. Everything we do at Kids Week points to these things. Our theme for the week is "Ready, Set, Move!" and we have a deep desire to see every kid walk away learning that it doesn't matter where we are or where we go, but we can follow Jesus here, there, and everywhere! 

 

Can I VOLUNTEER at Kids Week?

Anyone currently connected to QuadCity Christian Church through regular attendance is invited to serve as a volunteer at Kids Week. For teenagers to serve, they must be at least 5th Grade. Sign up below:
